JiliPeso Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using JiliPeso in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site, a registered member placing bets, or a player claiming a promotion — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you click "Register" and remains in force for the entire duration of your account's existence, including after it is closed.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside JiliPeso's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JiliPeso.

JiliPeso reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players are notified via the email address on their account. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use JiliPeso, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JiliPeso strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on JiliPeso's consumer-facing platform.
• You must be accessing JiliPeso from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
• You must not be listed on any exclusion registry or have an active self-exclusion request with JiliPeso. Players who have previously self-excluded and attempt to re-register during the exclusion period will have new accounts closed immediately.
• You must be of sound mind and not be acting under duress, intoxication, or compulsion when placing bets or making financial transactions.

Each individual may hold only one registered account at JiliPeso. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. JiliPeso is entitled to request proof of identity at any time to confirm the accuracy of registration information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. JiliPeso is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify JiliPeso immediately at support@jilipeso.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account details — particularly the registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after registration without completing a formal identity verification process.
• JiliPeso accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or allow any other person to operate your account on your behalf.

Identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) is required before withdrawal of winnings above applicable thresholds. KYC documents accepted include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, voter's ID). Proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

All deposits at JiliPeso are made in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your JiliPeso account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a different name — are not permitted.
• JiliPeso does not accept deposits from unknown, anonymous, or suspicious payment sources. Any deposit identified as such may be held pending investigation.
• Deposit fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of transaction. JiliPeso does not add surcharges on top of processor fees disclosed to you at checkout.
• Chargebacks initiated against JiliPeso deposits are treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Accounts associated with unauthorised chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals of real-money balances at JiliPeso are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements and active account status.

• JiliPeso targets GCash and Maya withdrawal completion within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• JiliPeso reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly first-time withdrawals or those above threshold amounts.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The status of active bonus wagering requirements is displayed in your account at all times.
• JiliPeso may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified if this applies to your account.

JiliPeso does not charge withdrawal fees to players. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond JiliPeso's control and are the player's responsibility.

JiliPeso offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, parlay acca boosts, VIP rolling commissions, and the Refer a Friend programme. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all accounts involved being suspended and bonuses voided.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover requirement) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• JiliPeso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already in progress at the time of a change will be honoured under the conditions that applied at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of bonus funds across multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional mechanics not intended by JiliPeso — will result in the voiding of all bonuses and winnings derived from them.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution or carry reduced contribution percentages. These exclusions are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

All casino games offered on JiliPeso — including slots, live dealer games, table games, poker, and specialty titles — operate under the following general conditions:

• All RNG-based games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified. JiliPeso publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for its games and these figures are accurate as independently certified.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error, the round in question is void and any stake placed is returned to the player's balance. JiliPeso is not liable for winnings that would have been paid had the malfunction not occurred.
• Live casino game results are determined by the physical cards, wheels, or dice used by the live dealer as captured by the official game stream. In case of technical dispute, the recorded stream is the definitive record.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. JiliPeso reserves the right to modify table limits with reasonable notice.
• Players are expected to engage with all games in good faith. The use of software, bots, or automated decision tools to play casino games is prohibited and will result in account closure.

Specific game variants — including baccarat, poker, and live casino titles — may have additional rules specific to that product. These are available on the respective game pages within the JiliPeso platform.

Sports betting on JiliPeso — covering PBA, NBA, FIBA, UAAP, NCAA Philippines, volleyball, and other leagues — is subject to the following rules:

• All bets are accepted at JiliPeso's sole discretion. JiliPeso reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a specific reason.
• Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted. Odds may be subject to movement before confirmation — if the odds have moved significantly at the point of submission, you will be presented with the updated odds before confirming.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off/tip-off time, all pre-match single bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. Parlay legs on postponed events are removed and odds recalculated.
• In-play bets are placed on events as they occur in real time. JiliPeso is not responsible for delays between the actual event and the live stream or odds feed. Bets accepted on events that have already concluded due to data feed delay are void.
• In the event of a proven pricing error — where odds were published at materially incorrect levels due to a technical fault — JiliPeso reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event are displayed in the sportsbook. These limits apply regardless of the stake placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JiliPeso. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Funds in such accounts will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating more than one JiliPeso account.
• Registering using false or impersonated personal information.
• Using JiliPeso to launder money or fund illegal activities.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to interact with casino games or the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without first reporting them to JiliPeso support.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the JiliPeso platform.
• Using the platform to facilitate any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to access or use your JiliPeso account.

JiliPeso collects and processes personal data strictly for the purposes of operating and securing player accounts, processing payments, complying with applicable laws, and improving the platform experience. Full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the JiliPeso Privacy Policy.

By registering at JiliPeso, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@jilipeso.net, though doing so may prevent JiliPeso from continuing to operate your account.

• JiliPeso does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to JiliPeso's legal retention obligations.

All content on the JiliPeso platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to JiliPeso and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JiliPeso platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from JiliPeso without express written permission.
• Use JiliPeso's brand name, trademarks, or logos in any form without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any JiliPeso software.
• Frame or mirror the JiliPeso website on any third-party website without prior approval.

Violation of JiliPeso's intellectual property rights may result in legal action in addition to account suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JiliPeso's liability to any player for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JiliPeso is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity problems, device failures, or power outages on your end.
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental losses — including lost winnings from a game that could not be completed due to a technical fault.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on inaccurate or outdated information displayed on the platform during a technical outage or maintenance period.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in this section limits JiliPeso's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by JiliPeso's negligence.

JiliPeso is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be entertainment — a leisure activity funded by disposable income, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all JiliPeso players in their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or logout triggers after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap how much you can lose within a defined period before being locked out from placing further bets.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of six months. JiliPeso will implement the exclusion across all access points and will not contact you with marketing materials during the exclusion period.

JiliPeso may revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Where the changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — JiliPeso will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to the address registered on your account before the new terms take effect. For minor changes (such as clarifications or corrections), the terms may be updated immediately without advance notice.

Continued use of JiliPeso after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using JiliPeso and request account closure at support@jilipeso.net. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to normal verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of JiliPeso shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage all players to attempt resolution through JiliPeso's internal dispute process:

• Step 1: Contact JiliPeso support via live chat or email (support@jilipeso.net) with full details of your complaint. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, you may request formal escalation to JiliPeso's compliance team in writing.
• Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved after the compliance team review, you may escalate to the applicable gaming regulatory authority under which JiliPeso is licensed.

JiliPeso makes every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Our goal is to never let a legitimate player complaint go unresolved — if you have an issue with your account, please reach out.
